What a bummer! Well while you get it fixed or buy another you can do kickboxing circuits (jabs, hooks, upper cuts, crosses, bob and weaves, side kicks, back kicks, ice breakers, jump kicks, etc.), jump rope (you know you don't need a rope here Cathe does it with an imaginary rope), maybe a little hi/lo and some step moves for your cardio. I don't know how long you've been doing Cathe, but I think if you've been doing it for awhile now you should be able to sit down and think of your favorite videos (or DVD's) and favorite Cathe moves and plan your own cardio routine. You can do the same for the weight training. If this would've happened to me I know this part would be easier because I have a notebook where I write down the weight that I use for all the exercises on every Cathe video that has weight training. If you do this then what you should do is pick out your favorite exercises and design a weight training plan. Maybe design a total body plan and design individual plans for chest, legs, back, biceps, triceps, and shoulders and use them as you prefer. I think three exercises per body part is enough as long as you do 2 or 3 sets. Doing abs wouldn't need any plans in my opinion. The first few mins do upper abs, then obliques, then lower abs. If you have a CD player it would be perfect because you just get your favorite CDs and you won't have any interruptions while you workout. I don't know if it's possible for you to do this so this is just my two cents. It's like mamma bird teaching little bird how to fly. She's been wasting all this time teaching the little birdie and now the little birdie has to do it all by itself.:7 If this is feasible for you and you come up with a plan post it online and I'm sure you'll get more suggestions. Take care.
