I have been in weight loss mode forever. Try this, try that, this doesn't work, new theory, blah, blah, blah. Last September got really serious. Found a great weight loss plan - and - I did it. I'm at my goal of 118 pounds. Yippee. Now what? I feel rather lost. For those of you who have lost weight and maintained the loss - what did you do? Did you modify your calories or exercise? Or just keep on doing what you were doing? I'd appreciate any insight. Thanks.
