Something quite positive ended up happening. See, I've been having lots of physical limitations for a long time and I had to make a decision about keeping or selling STS. When I first purchased it when they came out, I was able to do meso #1 and absolutely loved it! I did have muscular issues but was still able to do it. Not too long after that, all of my physical pains were getting worse and then I also ended up unemployed. At some point, I had to make a decision if I thought I'd be able to do them again or sell them because I honestly needed the money. I did decide to sell #2 but I still had #3 which I hadn't ever opened. Well, I did make the painful decision to put it on ebay this weekend because I don't know if I will ever be able to lift any weights again and I couldn't keep that money tied up anymore. So here's the neat thing. I have absolutely NO clue how to list on ebay. My bf helped me with it and we copied and pasted a picture of the cover of meso #3. Well, it ended up on my hard drive and into the rotation of pictures that's on my screen saver. I was walking by my computer and this huge pic of Cathe with her oh so beautiful muscles appears on my screen and I felt so empowered and uplifted. As with many of you, I've had lots of "stuff" happening in my life which has been quite challenging and seeing Cathe's picture appear before me with the strength, commitment and power that she represents sparked some hope for me. Cheesey? Maybe but we get motivation from things unexpected and I'll take it from any place I can get it. Who knew that having to sell Cathe would actually give me encouragement to continue on my journey feeling a bit more empowered and hopeful.
