I just pre-ordered the new Blast Series and am so excited! I have all of your dvd's and love every single one of them for different reasons! I also love the variety of what you have offered us over the past few years. Everytime you come up with new workouts, it makes me more motivated to conquer them and increase my fitness level. I love the variety in what you put together, the CTX and Intensity series in particular were so well thought out as a series. I am so thankful to have an excellent instructor who can be my personal trainer at home.
