So, do you push yourself?

Be honest! I know they say that you shouldn't push yourself when working out and pregnant, but I can't help it. I'm not falling out or anything, but I try to work a muscle to fatigue. I've not suffered any ill effects, PTL, so I don't plan on changing this until I feel the need to. Remember too, I'm coming back after a LONG hiatus! How about you? (((((HUGS))))) sandi
 
I've always pushed myself while pregnant, but your body IS going to let you know when it's too much. There were days that I could hardly lift a finger, but when I felt good I'd go for it...HONESTLY. I've never changed much while I've been pregnant (except the obvious when I became much bigger). Blessings.
