This is so good! This batch will last you a few days.
SOUTHWESTERN CHICKEN (no bake;-) )
Mix together:
15 oz. Canned Chicken (drained)
15 oz. Black Beans (drained and rinsed)
1 1/2 Cup Sweet Corn
1 1/2 Cup Salsa
2 Red Peppers (chopped)
3/8 Cup Green Onion (chopped)
Mix together and stuff it inside a 100% Whole Wheat Pita and you'll be in heaven!
For a spicey flare, use a spicier salsa. Spicey foods speed up your metabolism!!!!
This mixture is so good, I may make it a staple in our house!
