i started Insanity on Monday. I must say WOW, thats some intense cardio, don't think I've ever quite sweat so much. However, I'm just feeling like my workouts incomplete without weights. I've done two 3 month rotations back to back and an undulating rotation. I've got great muscle tone and definition in my arms and get complimented on them all the time. I know I've got good muscle tone on my legs too, but i cant seem to get rid of that ugly cellulity fat on top Thats why I bought insanity, hoping to reduce that mess.
Was thinking of possibly doing a total body weight workout (MM,ME,etc) on the cardio recovery day. Someone please help, I don't know what to do.
