I'm driving myself nuts trying to decide what new DVD's to get because I have a limited amount of money and don't want to be disappointed. I'm for sure going to get Cathe GS BSB b/c I have the other two GS DVDs. I'm pretty much covered on her other DVDs so I'm looking at some other instructors and my head is spinning trying to narrow it down. My final choices are:

Kimberly Spreen:
Absolute Kickboxing
Kickbox Bootcamp
Cardio Camp

Kelly Coffey-Meyer:
Step Boxing (original)
Cardio Kick Step Boxing 2

I need to pick 3 out of these 5.

I really appreciate any advice you guys could give me :)

TIA :)

My two favorites of your list of Kimberly spreen are Absolute Kickboxing and Cardio Camp. I didn't like Kickbox Bootcamp as much, for some reason, but I love the other two. I generally don't like workouts with Bootcamp in the title as much as others, though, so take it with a grain of salt.

As for the Kelly Coffey-Meyer, I like her Cardio Kick Step Boxing 2 workout much better than the first one (which I ended up selling). For me it seemed easier to follow--she seemed so frenetically fast in the first one. But maybe you are faster than I am!

HTH!

Lainie,

Thanks so much for your help. I was wondering if anyone was going to chime in with any information for me so I greatly appreciate it :)

Could you tell me what type of cardio is in Cardio camp? I'm not that crazy about straight hi/lo but if it's a mix than I'm ok with it.

TIA :)
