In Coremax 1 if you don't know. I can lift part but not all the way off the ground. Those suckers are hard! Cathe's says "these are very difficult - our legs are shaking". Yeah, only 4 more sets. LOL.

I don't have any problems doing them and enjoy it. I have a harder time trying to do those explosive cork crew ones because my back just gets achy fast from those.

I can FINALLY do them. I figured out that I have to do them on bare floor. I can't do them on a mat or carpet. And I had to fiddle around a LOT with my hand positioning.

I can do it if I put yoga blocks under my hands, although that's probably cheating. I just have short arms and if I push off from the floor, my butt hardly goes anywhere, let alone my legs and feet! LOL! So if I use the yoga blocks, at least I can get my butt off the floor. Then I have to concentrate really hard to get my ankles up, but I can do it (not all the sets Cathe does, yet). It ain't easy...

I can do them the way Rhonda and Brenda do them most of the time: with my toes still touching the ground. As Cathe says, even if you don't get off the ground, the effort is what makes it work.

I can get all but one foot off the floor. I just can't get that foot to levitate. I can do it in the lotus position. But, as I've read somewhere on these forums, even making the attempt works the core.

I can do them the way Jai does them. I did the tough abs premix yesterday, and it had the levitation holds. Love that premix. Choppy though.
