Hello. I have a question about a slight problem I have with a DVD. My Imax2 & Cardio&Weights DVD is broken in the middle of disk. Some of the plastic has seemed to have chipped off. The disk still plays but I am concerned that it may soon completely break and then I won't be able to play it. Can I replace the DVD or will i have to buy a completely new one? Thanks.

I had the same thing happen with my Imax2/C&W DVD. I contacted their customer service dept. They asked me to send the defective DVD in without the case and they promptly sent me a replacement DVD. They were fantastic and answered my emails promptly. Couldn't have been better. Hope you have the same experience I had.

Thanks for the email. Ii contacted them over the weekend and am still waiting for a reply.
