I know that you are busy at this time and I appreciate your hard work. I was wondering if you would consider two things in the future (if there is enough forum interest)

1. Pinning the Index for Cathe's rotations (rotations forum) as well as updateing it in the future.

2. Starting a check-in's forum.

I would love a check-in forum too. I know many post check-ins on the other forums but they get lost amongst the other posts. I think it would be a great motivational tool.

Hi Cathy,

Yes it is the Check In forum I was talking about, but if anyone has any suggestions for other forum themes, they are easy enough to create, and I'd be happy to add them.

Bringing this back up because I have seen some renewed interest in pinning the index of Cathe's rotations to the top of the rotations forum.

Yes!!!!! Please pin the rotations so we can easily locate them! I find some of the older rotations but it takes me thirty minutes or more to find them at times, it would be nice to have all of them in one area where we can click on and pick by level, style or what the rotation was geared towards!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YES!!!!!!!! I am still looking for just a slow and heavy rotation with cardio added in!
