SNM- who will be in the new workouts?

I was just wondering who the cast members will be in the new workouts?

Cast Members

We will have our usual cast of Cedie, Brenda, Jai (Lorraine has schedule conflicts and will sadly not be able to join us).

We will have Nancy and Amanda ...our Daytona Casting Call winners (they will be in at least one DVD as promised but perhaps more, we'll see how much time we have to rehearse)

We are still making final decisions on including a male cast member only for STS Total Body.

Oh, how exciting! Lorraine will be missed...love adding a male to the STS workout! Can't wait to "meet" the new cast members.

In this way, my husband will join me more often. Right now, he enjoys to do MMA workouts and abs, also because there are some guys too. Moreover, men must sometime modify the exercise and it's important to see how.

Otherwise, new DVD sound to be cool, waiting for them.

I always think the guy Cathletes look funny while doing some of the exercises. Particularly the girly dance ones...and the bunny-hops.
