SNM - Very Frustrating, Please Help.

Hello, For some reason my debit card (which I've used to purchase on your website) was not going through earlier so I thought maybe it's because everyone was online ordering the new DVD - XTrain (which I want so desperately); then I learned that someone fraudulently made some charges to my debit card. Anyway, I went to the bank and have been reissued a new debit card; but I went ahead and decided use my husband's debit card (which is fine) and now I am getting this message:


Cannot place order. Maximum orders per day has been exceeded.

I really, really want to pre-order Xtrain - been thinking about it all weekend and now the website is not letting me. What should I do?

Hi Clare, I did, she said that it should be fine to go ahead and order but it's not letting me buy the DVDs.

Wow, I was thinking about XTrain all weekend and looking forward to purchasing them. Early this morning when I placed my order - all excited - for some reason it kept rejecting. Then it started to give me a message saying that I've exceeded my attempts to order for the day; told SNM about it, got a message that said it was OK to order and it still gave me the same message.

I know I am venting here, just feel like a little kid that had his lunch stolen. I was looking forward to going home tonight from work knowing that I got in on the presale with all of you that ordered today but I guess it's not going to happen today; tomorrow is another day.

I remember with the last preorder some people getting the same "max orders received" message. I believe it was due to the volume on the server, and it was dealt with pretty quickly.
