SNM - To late to cancel preorder?

Is it too late to cancel my preorder? My account says that the order has either shipped or is in the final processing stage and cannot be cancelled. Please let me know.

As long as you received an auto reply you don't need to contact customer service again. It usually takes 1 to 2 business days for us to respond to customer service questions, but someone will certainly get back to you.
