SNM - Re Cardio Fusion

I hate to ask this but is there a chance that we can purchase the Cardio Fusion DVD and have it shipped alongside the replacement DVDs? I, like a lot of people here, were a little disappointed that we missed out on the surprise gift because we pre-ordered thru, for example, CKSales right at the start of the preorder sale. I'm an International customer and so shipping charges are high to Europe and if I get them, customs charges can be ridiculous. It would be nice if we could purchase this extra DVD to be shipped with the replacements so that we can avoid extra shipping/customs charges at a later date (this is assuming the DVD is going to go on open sale at some point in the future!).

We will begin selling Cardio Fusion soon, but we can't include cardio fusion or any other DVDs with the replacements as this would greatly increase the postage and the time it would take us to ship. Replacements are being sent by the postal service in special envelopes that are only big enough to hold the replacemnet discs. There should be no custom charges since these are replacements for a defective product.
