I just received a MIC VHS today but I didn't order it. There was no shipping information inside, just the tape and a spring catalog. Was the tape sent to me by mistake?
Also I preordered the new series in May but did not order any additional DVDs, not taking advantage of the free shipping. Well now I've decided I want the S&H series but don't want to pay for shipping. Will SNM honor my preorder and ship the S&H series for free now??? I know I should have known that I was going to want all of Cathe's workouts but I had to make sure I wanted to order it.
