SNM: Preorder by fax?

Good morning! Say, is there a way to pre-order the new DVD's by fax? I checked the pre-order part of the website and didn't really see anything, but I do recall at least one previous pre-order "faxable". I too am one who is leery of online credit card purchases.

Also, how long will the pre-order period last?
