SNM-Paid for 2nd day air

I paid for second day shipping for my VHS and DVD's. I received UPS notification they were being sent ground. Is there any way to rectify this matter?

If you ordered both the DVDs and videos on the DVD order form, only the DVDs will ship by 2nd Air. Current videos always ship by ground.

I preordered the package that included all dvds and all videos, specifying second day air.

I might be wrong, but I had the same impression. Why else would we pay for faster shipping only to get workouts we already had? The order form said shipping costs were for the whole order.

I am VERY disappointed after all we've been through to this point. I've been so patient up until now.

I agree, Mary. I ordered 2nd-day air because I wanted to see the videos as quickly as possible (I ordered both VHS and DVD). Once I have the VHS, the urgency is over, so the 2nd-day air on only the DVDs doesn't mean much to me. Had I known, I wouldn't have paid extra for 2nd-day air.
