SNM or Cathe

I was going to preview kickbox from the 4 day split but the kickbox will not play from the main menu but the boot camp does. Who do I need to contact to get a replacement dvd? I just received them on the 25th.

The other workouts seem fine.

Thank you I just emailed customer service. I have tried the workout in a different player and kickbox still won't come on.
