I haven't really read anytrhing about the STS series but I am really intrigued now after reading a little on the workouts.

What I would like to know is what equipment will I need to purchase
and if we need extra equipment when and where will it be available?
Do you have any idea of the length of these workouts?

Are all the workouts weights only? I hope so because for my cardio I have been using the precor elliptical I purchased.

Hi Debi! Yes, these are all weight workouts. No cardio, other than the usual huffing and puffing from putting some weight up. But all the leg workouts, especially the plyo workout, will suffice for cardio/leg workouts because your heart rate is elevated almost the entire time.

The equipment needed is a bench or step, a weight adjustable barbell, a wide variety of dumbbells, a stability ball, a resistance band, paper plates, and good focus. Other pieces of equipment are optional such as a weighted vest, ankle weights, micro load weighted gloves, and slant risers.
