SNM -- NEW DVD is not working

I've received one email regarding this problem but not gotten a 2nd reply.

My new S&H DVD is not working and I just opened it today. What can be done about this other than the recommended cleaning. I don't want to have to buy a repair kit for a new DVD that has never been played.

Please advise or post a phone number to customer service.

Hi Dee,

Of course I'm not SNM, but here is the phone number from the web site: 1-800-433-STEP.

Also, whenever I email them, they usually respond *QUICKLY* (less than 10 or 15 minutes). So I would also email them again: [email protected]

Here is the return policy: "Opened DVDs may not be returned. We will replace any defective DVD within 90 days from date of purchase. Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable."

I'm sure they'll just send you a replacement if your S&H DVD is defective.

Hope this helps. I'm expecting my Cathe DVDs tomorrow, so I'll keep your problem in mind when I preview them.

Thanks, Theresa :) They emailed me later stating that they would send another S&H DVD in the mail. They have always emailed me in a few minutes too so was afraid my message didn't reach them.

This Cathe stuff is habit-forming :O At least it's a healthy addiction ;-)
