I just had a quick question about the player. I thought I'd read once you download the clip once it is saved on our computer and will play from that file when we are ready to click play. This worked the first few days, however, yesterday, and today, I had to wait for each clip to play once all the way through before I could go to the chapters I wanted to see. Is it possible that these files are erased after a few days or is my computer behaving incorrectly? I do use a DSL modem.
