SNM/Cathe- Wrong order

SNM or Cathe,

I received a wrong order. I emailed your customer service. I believe I sitll have the order number for the right order, I have to check. If so, should I send it to you?

Hi,

I'm not Cathe - obviously! - but I had this same problem. I received my order AND an order for someone else.

I found the quickest way to get SNM is to email Customer Service. In my case, they arranged for a UPS pickup the next day for the errant order.
