I would like to know if I can still order a Cathe hat even though I have already preordered my "Body Blast". What I would like to know is if I can still purchase the hat without the S&H and add it to my "Body Blast" purchase or do I have to pay the price of the hat and the S&H seeing I already preordered? Do I need to fill out another purchase order or can you add it to my other order? I would like the hat now and not have to wait for my videos.
