Hi Cathe,

Don't know if this was asked yet by - what type of sneakers are you & the crew wearing in all the STS Cardio workouts? I'm looking to get new sneakers and would like some recommendations. Thank you.

P.S. Completed Disc#3 legs week 1 - I loved the bonus leg segment and felt so relieved when you went into the stretches on the chair. That was a bonus in itself! Thanks!!

I love Ryka shoes. It really makes a difference when they are made for women only. I use to wear Reb. or Nike, but they didn't alway feel right, esp. in the heel. Ryka shoes seem to fit perfect and they feel great while working out, & I have never gotten a blister from a new pair of Ryka shoes. I have 3 pairs;walking, running, & cross training.
