Hi snazzy just looked at your photos. Great by the way. Can you look at the thread on timing of protein supplements. I have aquestion about how you eat your carbs and i was hoping you could take a look at it before it gets bumped and you never see it. Thanks a lot I would appreciate it. Karen
 
That is some awesome info. I had never heard of that before. My goal is to lose body fat and define my muscles right now. I have been at a plateau for about 7 months now. The last time I had my bf checked it was at 20% so I'm thinking it is probably 18 to 20 now probably more like 19.5. Anyway I know it is all diet. I can't get to the next stage to progress. I am not doing a competition but would love to at least be at 18% bf. Right now my weight is 143 at 5 7'. I would lke it around 138 to 140. If you have any suggestion i would appreciate any help to get me over this. One day I would love to do a competition but am not near there yet. Although I never tried because I am so stuck at where I am right now. If you don't mind can you personal email me or just answer here. As to how much water about how many calories would you eat if you were me to do what I need to do or anything you think could help. I think from the photos you look awesome. I do add that I exercise aboult 6 days a week with upper body, lower body splits Like mon. upper w 30 min of cardio, tues 1 hour cardio, Wed lower, 30 min of cardio, thurs 1 hour cardio, fri total body with 30 min of cardio Sat is rest and today I am doing slow and heavy back and chest with 30 min of cardio. I know this isn't what you would do for a competion but my goal is to define and loss excess which is why I am doing cardio everyday. Anyway anything you could add or think that will help I would appreciated becasue my goal is one of competion, not now but eventually. I have the drive and desire to get over this platue but I am so fustrated because of the food aspect, I'm lost Thanks Karen
