STS Disc 6 got done bright n early but it kicked my arse harder then usual so I didn't do the rest of my work out right away....In fact, I just finished 4DS Kickbox cardio and standing abs from BBC w/Joey *drool* about 30 minutes ago. Glad I waited to re-charge a bit.
Might go for short n sweet but tough w/o in the a.m. with 4DS bootcamp cardio and whatever ab work I decide on. One day I need to give HIS another shot. I never did finish learning that one cause this one particular segment confused me to no end. No matter how many times I rewound it I just couldn't get it! Maybe someday....*sigh*

Wendy...I'm thinking about doing an upper body split, 1 body part per day, HEAVY.....sort of like a pyramid heavy-type workout. I'm not sure yet. I'm trying to find the happy balance with my running, swimming and weights...right now the only thing holding me back is my committment to you. I'm now considering going back to NOT repeating the Meso weeks and going back to the shorter 3 month rotation. lol SEE? OCD and NO attention span on this chickie!
So I was totally thinking I'd be plagued with DOMS today from CS. Not so. That's cool cause I want to do CCC today and it's a toughie. Didn't wanna go their while DOMS'ing really badly!

Gayle:: If you aren't into STS for the long haul then don't do it. It'll be torture. Back off to the 3 month rotation, or, if you are really antsy, just switch over to your one bp a day now. Don't let me hold ya back....unless you WANT me to keep you on track with STS til you finish! Just tell me which direction to push you in and I'll get a running start!

So I did the express circuit premix of ccc this morning. KILLER! That work out slays me each and every time I do it no matter how I do it - in full or a premix!
Im still here,just taking a break from last week till next week. On the 6th -13th were taking a family vacation so i'll be off for another week but will be back!!! I just wanted to let you know don't count me out
