Morning Girls.
Nope, don't think it was overtaining afterall. Think it was a wild case of PMS! I got my monthly and all of those symptoms disappeared! Ofcourse I got a headache and cramps in their place but that's no surprise.
That being said I did the combos from Athletic Step for about 30 minutes of cardio y'day. I wanted to work my 2nd leg day as well but I just didn't have the time so that's on the agenda today along with more cardio and abs (which I also had to skip y'day for time )
I had a hair appt for my usual hilite/lowlite and a cut. I had her cut some of the length off and had her do the hilites a bit differently. I LOVE IT! It's awesome! I feel like a movie star! LOL
