Morning Girls.

Nope, don't think it was overtaining afterall. Think it was a wild case of PMS! :eek: I got my monthly and all of those symptoms disappeared! Ofcourse I got a headache and cramps in their place but that's no surprise. :rolleyes:

That being said I did the combos from Athletic Step for about 30 minutes of cardio y'day. I wanted to work my 2nd leg day as well but I just didn't have the time so that's on the agenda today along with more cardio and abs (which I also had to skip y'day for time :()

I had a hair appt for my usual hilite/lowlite and a cut. I had her cut some of the length off and had her do the hilites a bit differently. I LOVE IT! It's awesome! :D I feel like a movie star! ;) LOL

Hello.

I did an endurance leg/cardio combo today that went like this::

Squeeze Stronger: Warm up, waist 1 & 2, Legs (about half a dozen different lower body exercises one after the other that layered on a HUGE burn!!!:eek:)
Squeeze: Windshield wiper buns and thighs, Flat Abs
Lower Body Blast: Table top position (glute/ham work) w/2# ankle weights, Single leg conditioning drills.
CTX K/B: Cardio only.

It was a long one (90+ mins) but a goodie for sure! I can still "feel" it in my lower body a few hours later! :D

Tomorrow is either cardio or STS D13. Not sure yet!

This morning was Step Moves and Med Ball Ab Circuits.

Tomorrow will be STS Disc 13 or a rest day. Not sure yet.

I did BM2 I only did the 1 st half I was wiped put couldn't do the blast and upper body sections. I could do it b4 I think I was still tired from waking up so early.
I'm glad I'm done for day tho. :)

Today was Disc 13 for the 2nd time. Good stuff! Love this work out! :D


Terina:: I think I only did BM2 in full once or twice. It's a good work out. I just never think of it as full body even though it is. I tend to do parts of it and lately the only part I do is cardio. :rolleyes: The Double Upper premix is an azz kicker though! Ever tried it?
 
Checking in with Intensity premix: double bootcamp + abs (from xtrainers). I'm going to do BBW later today.

Wendy- no I haven't tried the premix dbl upperbody yet.

I received my new DVD yesterday, boy they look tuff. Who were those other gals on there?

Wanted to ask your advice on the STS Series,I received the coupon and theres a great deal for the STS 36 bundle and squat rack dvds. Whats the difference in those dvds? should I get it? I figured the price to be $194.00 :D

Terina:: Thanks for clarifying but no apology necessary. :) The squat rack work outs are traditional heavy leg work outs where plyo is a mix of plyo work alternated with regular weight work but you probably can't go as heavy b/c your legs will be fatigued from plyo as well. I would get both so you have options. ;)

Oh MAN, you guys. I can't keep up with all the PC stuff I'm 'supposed' to do everyday.

Anyway....so, I'm not going to do personals, but I DID read everything up to now.

My week...this past weekend was my 20 miler (Saturday) and it went really well. By Sunday morning I was feeling 100% recovered ALREADY, and THAT made me happy. From there:
Monday: 5 easy miles, leg, B&G core segment, STS Extended Stretch
Tuesday: Shoulders & Tris
Wed: Back and Abs in the AM and then stadium stairs in the PM
Today: 7 mile run with 5 of them at tempo (8:13/mile).

I re-started a weight program I got from a trainer friend (Shelley, for those that might know her). I love it; I worked with her about 9-10 months ago and loved the program, so I chose to restart it.

Closed out the month with a total of 117.93 miles logged. Not a bad month's work, eh? :D

SORRY.........that's it for now.
 
Checking in with morning workout, I did 400 walking lunges + BBW. Hubby and I are planning run for early this evening.

Gayle- I was just wondering if you were still interested in the samples?
 
been thinking of you all ... I did disk 19 legs today .... disk 18 had me dmos'ing for 2 days in my rear ... what's up with that?
Hard to stay in touch with my play at night (Hamlet, I'm his meanie Mom Getrutde :)), and we have two house showings tomorrow. The economic news keeps being a bummer but I have to keep hoping. Please say a prayer for us.

Colleen....the economy is killing a lot of us, so I'm offering up that prayer for you. I'm currently doing a LOT of reading on finances, budgeting, saving, yada yada. I'm reading Dave Ramsey's Total Money Makeover. I figure if I learn just ONE new thing or technique or 'secret', then it was worth my time.

I'll be hitting chest and biceps when the kids get out the door for school. DS#1 has a basketball tournament this weekend that starts tonight at 8PM! 8PM!!! I don't like those late games, but nothing I can do about it. Then he plays again tomorrow at 9am. So...it looks like my long run is being moved to Sunday. Such is the life of a juggling Mama! :D
 
Morning Ladies.

Did S90 Cardio Challenge + Stability Ball Abs from PUB. Should have done abs first but I'm not that bright. WOW did that hurt! Safe to say that the shoulders ARE FRIED!!!!!!!!!!:eek: Let it be noted that I also have killer DOMS in my backside from Disc 14 as well! :eek::eek: Could be an advil day! :p

I did 5 days this week =)

Checking in with early morning workout again(which I love bcuz it frees up my day:D) I did XTrainers-leaner legs. I like this one. The music is ok tho,I swear one of the songs is on a Firm workout with either Allie or Alison. My legs were tired today frm yesterdays workout.

Had a great run yesterday with hubby and youngest daughter:D,it was supposed to be a 40 min interval run,but I only did 20 min but a good pace. I don't like interval runs outside I don't know why.

Hi Wendy :D no DOMS but legs are just so fatigued that i'm giving them a serious break over the weekend.:eek: If they could cuss me out I think they would of this morning...............LOL

D15, Step only from Cardio & Weights, and some lower ab work. All done before 10am this morning babies! :D

The hours after were spent cleaning for the most part.

Heading out in a bit to take Joey to the park and then from there we are heading up to my mom's house where we will meet up with DH who is at work right now. DH and DS will then go to my inlaws and I will head around the corner to my BFF for dinner and drinks. Girls night! WOOT! :D

PS Lower body DOMS is still kickin' like crazy and now I have some in the upper body too! :eek:
