today it was Step Heat I only got 4hrs of sleep again. Last nite I watched one of my favorite movies "One Night with a King" love love that one.

I almost didn't finish the workout,by the 2nd segment I just sat down and thought im done, but I thought of what you said wendy:
"I slept like crap last night so I'm tired this morning. Got up and worked out anyway though cause that extra hour of sleep would not have been enough to make me feel good...." and that just motivated me so I got up and finish the workout on a 8" step:).

I like this one,no fancy dance moves! But I want to know what happened to the other gals during workout? It starts off with 6 ladies then 4 then back to 6:confused:...
 
Good Morning.

I did BR's See your Abs work out today which is a combination of hi knees jump roping intervals and knee raises for abs. It's only 15-20 mins long tops but it's a butt kicker! I followed that up with my 2nd stab at 4DS HIS but included the blasts too this time. :confused: <---that was me during the last blast and I'm still very rough when it comes to combo 3 as well. Practice makes perfect though! Or atleast I hope so! :p

Terina:: Good job finishing the work out! You rock! Now go take a nap! ;) I got enough sleep last night but would still love a nap! :p
 
When I'm done with STS I'll try some of that body rock :)

Today it was disc 21 legs. I did same weight as last week but I feel I got a better workout this morning! I was dripping sweat :) again it was a challenge to get it done, reasoning with self why I shouldn't do it in the evening:0 5 hrs of sleep, This time watching 1st season of greys anatomy. I stop watching after Callie got involved w/ a women. 1st 3 seasons were the best.
 
3-10 kickboxing/hi/lo & step done with stability ball abs from Abs circuit done!
Woke up bouncing off wall :)

No workout today, not feeling 100%. :(
Hopefully tomorrow.

But I lost 3 lbs!!!!!! Yay!!! I was stuck @ 128 for SO SO long.

Saturday........just chillin

Today almost was a no workout day again.But workout bug bit me and I ended up doing disc 21. For the one arm row I used 16lbs and for barbell curls the heaviest 25lbs, I could only do 5 reps tho. I can't believe how fast this STS is going by.

Hi Terina and Wendy, I'm back home. Time with my Mom was a mixed blessing. Good to be able to help her but I'm sad I' m so far away.
I only got two workouts in in 10 days. I feel cranky and fat. Plus I washed my favorite skirt with 4 fish oil tablets in the pockets and I can't get the smell out even after washing it 5 or 6 times and putting it out in the sun.
I have to start all over with a rotation. Don't know what I'll do yet.
Took a quick look at Body Rock and felt like opening a vein. Everyone looked so young and fit I feel like an ... well I won't go there.

Colleen:: Welcome back. Why not jump in with Cathe's next rotation (July) when she posts it? In the meantime just do what you like to get re-acclamted to working out 5-6 days per week! You'll be back in the game in no time!:)

Terina:: Good job with STS! :)What will you do when you are done w/the rotation?

Today's work out was an hour long kickbox rotation that kicked my butt good...

CTX kb w/u and arm drills
CK power drills
KPC hi intensity drills
KM blasts + stretch

I wore my weighted gloves from arm drills thru intensity drills. :eek:

On day 3 of quad DOMS from Body Rock! Yeowzas!

Wendy you inspire me to get back on track. I did Step Moves today. I might to Total Body tomorrow. What weight do you have in your gloves?

Well I think my poor quads are finally recovered from the wrath of Zuzanna but I'm not going to brutalize them quite yet with STS ;) so I will do Disc 33 (SBT) this morning instead. :)

Terina...My work out y'day wasn't scarey-it was FUN! ;) Great job with D22!

Colleen...There you go gettin' right back in the game! I knew you would!:) My weighted gloves are 1# each and trust me, it's enough! I've been kickboxing with these on for some time now and they STILL get me good! Love it!;)

ETA...D33 is done along with 100 bicycle crunches (50 per side)! :)

Funny, I miss STS. I liked the structure of weights one day and cardio the next.
Tonight I did Total Body. I like Like the music in this workout a lot. How much weight do you think Cathe has on her BB? I have an old Firm BB so my bar is 10# and if Cathe doesn't say how much she and the crew are using I don't know where to start. I tend to be about 10% less.
I was talk'in' back to Cathe again tonight. My husband finds that really weird :p but sometimes I just have to answer back as if Cathe's in the room.
Tomorrow ... maybe MMA Fusion?

Collleen-too funny I always answer Cathe,infact sometimes I wished she would hi5 the camera so I would feel included with the rest of the gang:eek:
 
Colleen, I talk to Cath too but many of the things I say are not very nice. :eek: LOL I hear you on missing STS. I am not even done yet and have already pushed up the start date on round 2 from Jan 2012 to Sept 2011!:D I LOVE me some STS TB!!! I plan on using it during my next rotation!

Teri, IDK when you finish STS but here's my plan for the for-see-able future as it stands right now incase you are interested in coming along for the ride....:D
1) Finish STS (next weekend I will finish and then take my final active recovery week)
2) Do Body Rock rotation (beginning-mid July-September).
3) Do 1 month of S90 rotation as sub for STS M1 and then pick up with STS M2 + M3 as produced. (mid Sept thru January??)
4) ???

Work out is done!

My work out this morning was all Body Rock::

Burpee Reptile Exercise Challenge (1 exercise-max reps in 10 mins-I did 70)
Pretty Fly Exercise Challenge (2 exercises-max rounds in 10 mins-I did 11.5)
500 Mountain Claimbers Challenge (1 exercise for time-6m 35s-gimme a break here, I was exhausted already! :p)

Total Time: 26m 35s. :eek::D;)

I must check out BR. It's all body weighted exercises right? I may have to go out of town again starting this Friday for about a week. I can't bring BB & DB with me and I have to stay on top of my workouts. I'm going to the Canadian Boundary Waters in August with my DS's Boy Scout Troop and I have to be fit. I can't slow them down!!
Today was MMA Fusion. Tomorrow? Not sure what to do yet.

Good Morning Ladies.

My work out this morning was BM2 step combos only + circuits 4/5/6 from Jillian's Burn Fat Boost Metabolism. Circuit 4 is all about core/abs so if you are thinkin' I left out ab training today, I did not! :p

BM2 cardio kicks my azz hard for some reason. Harder then the average step work out! I guess maybe cause it's high impact on 2 risers. Holy jeez!:eek:

Terina:: Well if lurve the BR rotation I'm getting ready to do then I may go back to that post STS round 2. Will you be willing to give it a shot with me? :)

Colleen:: Not all of the exercises are body weight but many of the ones that aren't can easily be body weight if you want them to be or just pick only the work outs that don't use weights. There are plenty of them! :) The most frequently used weighted exercise is a sandbag squat, btw so you really could use any item with weight to it and squat with it I'm thinking-if you wanted to. Just a thought!
