I did HiiT 30/30 this morning followed by a few mins of my own ab work. Burn baby burn! ;)
 
Hello Girls.

Today was 100 reps of jump rope to warm up, S90 Total Body and then 300 more reps of jump rope...just for fun! ;):D

Not sure what tmrw will bring but I plan to do S90 Legs over the weekend! :eek:

Imax 3 yesterday ... whew. A killer. I modified the high impact due to my old shoes. Still waiting for my new ones to arrive and I'm not going to get injured. I'm finally learning in my old age. ;)
I'm resting today 'cause I'm fighting a cold. Cold season already?:mad:

very late check in for today it was GS:chest & triceps. I had to go lite today =0 The push up in the beginning wiped me out, I lifted lighter than i did with STS. But still got great workout!!

I can't believe the month is almost over!!!

Right behind you Terina with GS Legs yesterday. I'm going to do GS Back & Tri today and B&G tomorrow. Monday is a full day so I'll rest then.
My shoes came and I'm disappointed. They're Ryka Engage and the fit is totally different than the last pair I had and they seem flimsy. Back they go.

Finished my w/o a few mins ago. I went mish mosh crazy! LOL

w/u: 50 jumping jacks-1 min
w/o: BR side burpee challenge-9:56 min
Tonique mat back lying minus abs-11:43 min
Elbow Plank hold-2:30 min
Extreme Kettlebell cardio w/o upper body segment-7:39 min
Bootcamp cardio only premix + stretch-8 min for cardio + stretch time

Off to shower and eat something. Taking Joey to see The Lion King in 3d today and then to dinner. After that will probably play games or something and have a few drinks. Me n DH will have the drinks, not the kid! ;)

Super late check in for me. I should have been in bed an hour ago. :confused:

Today's work out didn't get done til after dinner which is a rarity for me anymore. I would have considered skipping it but I just took and unscheduled rest day on Friday so I couldn't let that happen! :eek:

My work out was as follows:

BR- Haters work out using 8# med ball and high step in place of UGI.
MMA Kickboxing-1st 2 combos wearing weighted gloves.
B&G-Ankle Weight Work (2# weights)
Criss Cross Cardio-Standing obliques holding 3# db's

Not sure what tmrw will bring....

Finally getting a UGI ball! So excited!!!! I posted about not being able to justify the cost on FB and within a couple hours DH saw my post and ordered it for me!!! I never expected it!!! :D:D:D:D

K, off to bed with me before I am unhappy in the morning....
 
crazy monday

very late check in for me,today it was Xtrainers 10-10-10, I REALLY like this one! I had to used 4 & 3lbs weights for triceps today,mine were still SO sore from fridays workout =0.
No workout for me on sat & Sun.

Wendy that is SO awesome what you're hubby did for you!!!:D

We have the grandbabies for 10 days so its been real busy here. I forgot how time consuming little children are.....lol I'm spoiled with my 25,21 and 19 year olds...:D Its so different from sending them home at the end of the day.

so bummed. no workouts yesterday or today. i could do one now but it's 9:15pm and i need to get up at 6am. :mad:

Hey Ladies.

Can't believe it's been 2 days since I've been here! Not like me!

Well Tuesday I did S90 Cardio Challenge and y'day I did BR Hands Free work out. Today was 100 reps of jump rope to warm up, 3 Breathless Body Tabata Drills and then 400 more reps of jump rope. I think tmrw will be another BR! :eek:

Wednesdays workout-I did TBS and Firm Yoga with Allie
Today I did All Step. for shoulders I used 10's,8's,5's and 3's. Im really enjoying Xtrain express,expecailly because this week is so buy with grandkids staying with us I'm really squeezing in my workouts.

I'm wishing I had time for personals. I don't think I've ever been so busy in so many directions in my life. My head is spinning.
I did CTX Leaner Legs tonight and finished at 9:30pm. I thought, what would Wendy and Terina do? They'd get it done!!!! So it's all because of your mental inspiration that I did it.
I was calling Cathe a ***** word that starts with "w" and ends in "ch" towards the end of those wide legged squats.
Tomorrow is a stretch day. I'm going to be gone helping out at DS's Boy Scout Vampire Camporee tomorrow night until Saturday afternoon. What a Mother does for her son:eek:
I'll be back on Saturday.
