hi,i've ordered three dvds afterburn,turbo barre and slide and glide,except during putting it my basket and paying ,it emptied my basket so i re ordered only for me to recive two confirmations and order no for the same dvds.also ordered the slide and glide discs and noticed first class postage was selected i don't want this but the cheaper charge.I only ordred 2 days ago and then emailed realising the problem but no one replied obviously with the prices going up and soon to be shipped wnated to sort as soon as possible.my customer no is *****.Am really getting worried as obviously it can be sorted ASAP before it gets too late.I've kept copies of the sent email so i can prove i did try and sort this out as soon as i noticed.appreciate your help,mel
