You guys, I got LAUREN BROOK's Kettlebell workout, and I've got to say,...I
LOVE IT! I ran through the instructional part and also did the 12-min workout. Is this perfect for me right now or what! 12-min! How could I not spare 12 minutes?
And then I quickly went to Lauren't blog and the most recent blog was about breakfast. It was talking about how bad eating cereal, even the healthiest of cereals, for breakfast is.
It suddenly hit me that I was in my best shape when I made the deliberate decision to stop eating cereal for breakfast --- I was eating fruit and yogurt/cottage cheese a lot, and that was really good. And what am I eating now? Shredded Wheat. And I'm feeling lethargic, just like Lauren mentions happens!
And as luck would have it, I ran out of cereal this morning!
I have about a month to transform myself to look

and it's going to start with a change in my breakfast.
