If you're ordering thru Cathe.com you'll notice that ALL the DVD's are listed as being IN STOCK. Your order and invoice reference all the DVD's you've ordered (and been charged for as soon as you place the order). They insert a little note with the partial order shipped to you stating your order is incomplete and that backorders will ship as soon as product is available and that the backorder will be cancelled after 90 days. They don't mention whether or not they'll credit your credit card after 90 days. But be assured, your order will be cancelled (which effectively puts you back at the end of the waiting list should you still want the video you've been waiting for indefinitely!) In either case, it is our burden to track the backorder for 90 days, contact SNM if you want to keep the backorder (you paid for it you might as well) or request the credit. Of course, it can take up to 3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly statement. It's a lousy policy by any description. I've never been charged for any out of stock product by any retailer EVER. Every retailer I've ever ordered from by mail, phone or the internet charges you when the product SHIPS. Period.
