I third that idea--also b/c I'd like to know how long the w/o is before I buy it & what kind of w/o each segment is--i.e. is there 15 minutes of floor & 15 minutes of step, or 20 minutes of step & 20 minutes of strength training, etc. etc. I've bought many videos only to discover they weren't the right "mix" for me, & of course after you've bought them you're stuck w/them.
