small meals

i have alot of trouble doing cardio after a meal-even if i wait an hour+. i usually have breakfast-peanutbutter on toast or oatmill,tall glass of oj, and if i have the day off also have eggs.lunch-sandwich and apple,snack-more fruit,dinner salmon or chicken and veggies.lunch and dinner-16 oz bottle of water or green tee. maybe i'm drinking too much liquid? should i spread out eating these meals like every 2 hrs? i would like to workout in the morning but i have to have 10 hrs of sleep!

i just noticed the thread late night workouts but i come home 5:30 and have to be in bed by 10:00 so i think my meals need to be spread out somehow.
