I am ordering again!!! .. I really want her new ab tape.....
sooo I want to order either Slow & Heavy or Pure Strength tapes..
which ones do u prefer and why??

THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP!!!!!

Hi,
I like S&H better because it's new and looks new. Plus the pace is just right after a hard day at work. PS is a very good series too but it moves quicker and has a harder leg routine. I find it hard to do after a 12 hour day. So my leg day gets missed often. But PS can be used for longer rotations and does seem to deliver cuts faster than S&H. ( That's just my opinion though). The advice most people give is to get both. You will eventually own them both anyway. Have fun!!!

Hmmmm....

LAST EDITED ON Aug-14-02 AT 01:50PM (Est)[p]...now, you know we're going to make this hard on you! I would recommend the PS Series just for the fact, like Rachael said, you can use it longer. The S&H Series is designed to be used in shorter rotations, of say 3 weeks. PS is sooo good and I LOVE the leg tape just because it has standing and lying down work. Both series are a MUST. Sooo, you MIGHT want to consider the quanity discount. Okay, now that we have recommended BOTH series, GOOD LUCK! Let us know what you decide.

I love PS! I can use it for as long as 5 weeks and still get results. I like S&H too but I can't do it for more than 3 weeks at a go. I use it as a plateau buster like Cathe recommends or in bits and parts to build on weaker on areas like the shoulders. I guess it also depends on what you already have. I don't know if there is anything out there that has a similar tempo to S&H. On the other hand if you have primarily been doing high rep/ light weight kind of training (I am guessing that you use Firm tapes because of your name and I think a lot of them are endurance based), then PS may be a good first step towards lifting heavy. You could then invest in S&H once you have stopped getting results from PS. I personally like doing PS, moving to S&H and then to light weight/high rep training (powerhour or MIS). This cyclic approach works well for me. You will enjoy Cathe's tapes, no matter which one you choose. In any case you will probably end up buying all of them eventually.

Thank you everyone.. I have Powerhour and find it a little fast.. but i Like MIS.. i use heavier weights than she does.. I have been lifting for a long time.. I really like following her .. it feels like i am in a class.. smiling.. i have been watching my calories because i am getting married the EOY Dec 31st (my birthday) and I am sooo excited we are honeymooning in
Hawaii SO I DO NOT WANT FAT.. I want to be FIT.. when u compare
Cathe from old tapes to new... WHAT A DIFFERENCE.. she looks terrific now.. and i luv her abs exercises.. she follows the sames slow moves as Shawn Phillips in Absolution... I think Cathe has the best abs moves .. UNLESS ANYONE ELSE CAN COME UP WITH A NEW VIDEO.. I luv the firm but the ab work doesnt cut it for me.. ok i went on and on

THANK YOU... and if u have any other video suggestions for weight lifting LET ME KNOW..

AND LET ME ADD THIS.. I bought Christi.. i no everyone luvs her
but i hate the tape.. at 4:00 in the morning I JUST CANT DO THE MOVES... I AM GOING TO SWAP THAT ONE!

If you have MIS and Power hour, I vote for S & H. That'll round out your collection for now, and educate you enough so you can design your own weight routines until you get Pure Strength, which you *should* get. (I'm not trying to be your mom or anything!!)

We are eagerly awaiting a 2-day split, which Cathe has indicated might be in the next 1-2 batches of material she puts out.

Have a wonderful wedding and honeymoon!

-Connie

THANK YOU FOR ALL THE WELL WISHES.. I AM GEARING UP TO ORDER.. I WANT TO ORDER ALL OF THEM.. GIGGLING..

I was wondering if anyone has the new ab tape she has out.. i have to get that!...

We went to the big island (Hawaii) and just had a wonderful time. We did a helicopter tour of kilua volcanoe and went to a luau. We were in Cancun last Nov. and it did not compare. Cancun was so touristy with a time-share letch on every corner. Hawaii just had a mellow slow paced feel. Very relaxing!!
