slow & heavy videos

I need to know the best routine to follow if all I have to use is an Elliptical machine and your series of "SLOW & HEAVY"
My goal is to loose 20 more pounds and a pronounced muscle definition.

I do have experience with free weights!

CAN YOU HELP OUTLINING MY ROUTING!

Each workout on the elliptical should be varied: one workout be interval workouts of hard and easy bursts, the next workout be long and steady intensity, the next workout be short and all out hard from start to finish etc. Just keep it changing. For slow and heavy you can reverse the counts after 3 weeks so that you accent the negative for 6 counts and the positive for 2 counts. For continued progress, you will eventually need to expose your body to other types of workouts so after three months of the above variety, try taking up some running and/or consider investing in other forms of workouts.
