Slow & Heavy Rotation

Does anyone have the link for the slow & heavy rotation or have a S&H rotation that they use?

Just wanted to compare it to mine.

I don't know if you still need a slow and heavy rotation, but here's my version and it has worked wonders for me. For the cardio, I usually do any of Cathe's tapes; sometimes I run on the treadmill or do the stairmaster. It is a tough rotation especially with the 6 cardios thrown in, but you'll surely see good results. I have been doing this rotation for about 3 months and I love it. Eventually, I'll go back to doing the other endurance tapes to mix things up a bit, but for now, I'm kind of hooked on the S&H series.

At times, I'll just take a whole week off from any exercise so my body has a chance to recover and it actually helps me get stronger while at rest.

S&H Legs, 1 hr cardio of your choice, abs
Thu
S&H Shoulders, 1 hr cardio of your choice, abs

S&H Triceps, 1 hr cardio of your choice, abs
Sat
S&H Biceps, 1 hr cardio of your choice, abs
Sun
Much needed rest

Feel free to repeat this rotation week after week if you like.
