Slow & Heavy Rotation

I am looking for suggestions on other Cathe workouts to do while doing Slow & Heavy. I workout 6 days a week. I plan to do slow & heavy 3 days what should I do the other 3 days?

Hi JoJo, Here's what I've been doing for the last 2 weeks and plan to do at least 1-2 weeks more. So far so good.

Sunday - 45-60 mins of cardio
Monday - Slow & Heavy Biceps and Triceps
Tuesday - Slow & Heavy Chest and Back plus 30 min cardio
Wednesday - Slow & Heavy Legs and Shoulders.
Thursday - 45-50 mins of cardio
Friday - Muscle Endurance
Saturday - Rest
 
Sat. S&H Chest and Back
Sun. Step Blast (or another non interval Cathe step tape)
Mon. S&H Legs and Shoulders
Tue. Kick Punch and Crunch
Wed. S&H Tris and Bis
Thu. Circuit Max or Body Max step and power circuit segments
Fri. REST

Sat. S&H Legs and Shoulders + SJ&P step and hi/lo section 1 only
Sun. Imax
Mon. S&H Chest and Back
Tue. S&H Tris and Bis
Wed. Kick Punch and Crunch
Thu. Push Pull, Supersets, or Power Hour
Fri. REST

Sat. S&H Legs and Shoulders + CTX Step Intervals or All Step cardio only
Sun. S&H Chest and Back
Mon. CTX Power Circuit or 10-10-10 cardio only + S&H triceps
Tue. CTX Kickbox (cardio only) + S&H biceps
Wed. Step Jam or Rhythmic Step
Thu. Power Hour, Push Pull, or Supersets
Fri. REST

I am looking forward to getting started. These both look like great suggestions. I think I may do Slow & Heavy for 4 weeks and do one week of each suggestion.
