Slow & Heavy!! Now I can do "real" pushups!

Hi Cathe!!

I just wanted to tell you that after doing a four week rotation of your Slow and Heavy series (one time per week) I can now do guy pushups! YAYAYAYAYAY! :)

I have NEVER been able to do pushups from my toes but today I started a rotation of Pure Strength and I did BOTH sets of pushups from my toes. I was so happy I couldn't believe it. Plus, I can tell I'm ALOT stronger all around. The weights I used to use for PS now seem lighter to me. And this is after using Slow and Heavy for just four weeks.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Slow and Heavy Cathe! That is SUCH a great series. Thank you so much. :)
