Slow & Heavy and Pure Strength rotations?

:) As I mentioned before I have just ordered these videos and would like to know from those of you who have these videos how you incorporate them into your weekly rotations. Do you do the whole series in a row or do you squeeze in cardio in between? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!;-)
 
I've used both series both ways--right in a row or one strength, one cardio, one strength, one cardio. I think you'll get nice results either way.

"Here's the S&H/PS rotation we're doing:

weeks 1 & 4:

m: PS-L&A + kickbox cardio
t: PS-CST + 45min cardio
w: PS-BBA + 30min cardio
t: REST
f: Interval cardio (60min)
s: S&H Legs-Shoulders
s: S&H Chest-Back + 30min cardio

weeks 2 & 4:

m: S&H Triceps-Biceps + 30min cardio
t: REST
w: Interval cardio
t: PS-L&A + kickbox cardio
f: PS-CST + 45min cardio
s: PS-BBA + 30min cardio
s: REST

weeks 3 & 6:

m: Interval cardio
t: Muscle Endurance
w: kickbox cardio (60min)
t: Cardio & Weights
f: cardio (60min)
s: PowerHour (or BodyPump)
s: REST

So it's 2 weeks heavy/1 week endurance for 6 weeks.

The cardios were left generic so that we could use whatever we felt like rather than have to strictly do a certain video. I think the flexibility helps to keep it interesting.
