Slow-Cookin' Brunswick Stew

I made this yesterday and it was so filling and yummy!

2lb boneless pork roast
2 cans cream corn
3 cans petite diced tomatoes
1 can chicken broth
1/2 bottle (8-2tbs servings) of bbq sauce of your choice( I used jack daniels)
1 can chicken broth
1 large yellow onion, cut in big chunks


  • Set slow cooker to low-add meat,broth & onion. let cook 4hrs
  • take meat out and shredd,replace
  • add remaining ingredients and continue to cook on low for another 4hours.
I count cals so i added this up to be 341 calories for 2cups (17.5 oz)
