I appreciate the recently purchased Slow and Heavy, and would like to see another. Maybe this type of workout is in the new 4-Day Split series, I can't quite tell. What I do know is that the circuit workouts went too fast for me to push weight to gain strength. It wasn't until I had the advantage of this workout that I was able to advance in pushups and planks. I am now able to push the weight in the circuit workouts, and I have a much better awareness of pushing to actual muscle fatigue for an exercise.
Again, thank you Cathe for all that you do. Going to the gym is just not an option because of the time commitment and inconvenience. I look forward to getting out of bed at 0400 every morning, because I know I will shortly be feeling strong and confident after working out with "my personal trainer," and can take whatever the day brings.
