as far as i know there are no premixes for this dvd. i have vsh myself but with the surperb chaptering and mix and match options on all of cathe's dvds i would say its worth it. you can to choose your own exercises or skip ahead on some. besides you don't have to worry about the vcr eating your tapes, like mine has been latley. but then again with the clearence sale its hard to beat the prices.

I was thinking about making the same purchase. But since the difference between VHS and DVD is only about $14. I think I would rather have the DVD. I decided on Pyramid upper and lower. The total VHS cost was $21, while the DVD is $44. A much better deal.
All of S&H is on one DVD. Though there are no premixes, you can pick and choose chapters which is very convenient as well as the individual exercises under mix and match. That alone is reason enough to me to get the DVD.
Thanks Jo. I guess I won't break my newest rule, which is to only get DVDs.
Sigh. Good thing Christmas is coming!!!! (Although, come to think of it, that didn't work at my birthday... but now there are gift certificates!!!!!! Yay!!!)
