Slow and Heavy - Shorter upper body version

Hi, Cathe. I love the Slow and Heavy series from a few years back. I prefer to do split training with upper on Monday and lower on Wednesday. The slow and heavy upper body segments are rather long to incorporate into a single day's training session, and I was wondering if there were any plans in the near future for another slow and heavy workout with a complete upper body segment consisting of about 10-15 solid minutes of work per upper body muscle group. Or any plans to add premixes to the existing series (I don't even know if that's possible) so people could plug segments into workout blender? Thanks and take care. :)
