Slow and Heavy on FitTV

Anyone know if the Slow and Heavy workouts are coming on again on FitTV? All I can find is the January schedule. I'm hoping they come on again soon since I missed them before.:-(

Hi Laura,
I posted last week that I saw Cathe on Fit TV. Our Cable Company just offered it to us. I was so excited. I saw her last Sunday on it. I can't find a schedule of her show either. Is it called Peak Performance? Thats what I thought it was . When I watched PP the other day it was training for Navy Seals. I have all the videos but I would sure love to see her on TV.

Susan...I think it is just called "Performance". Peak Performance is a different show and I know that also comes on Tech TV, unless they air on both. I don't THINK I have FITTV, but do have TECH TV. I hope Cathe gets alot of new sales from this! I guess it could backfire and people could just do her tapes on TV instead of buying them!

I have FitTV and I was just looking through the TV guide, but don't see a show called "Performance". There are shows called "Fitness", "Superstar", "Peak Performance", "Shape", "Aerobic" and then a whole host of shows on spas and resorts and the Caribbean Workout, yoga and cuisine, none of which would feature Cathe. Which one do you think it is? I'm curious to see it.

The show on which Cathe's workouts have been shown is called "Peak performance." There is no show just called "performance." "Peak Performance" changes programming regularly. In addition to Cathe's workouts, there are also non-workout programs, like a look at army bootcamp, for example. To check when Cathe is on, you can look at the FitTV schedule here:
