Slow and Heavy Leg's workout

I have one question, after doing this workout for the first time today.....Am I going to be able to walk in the morning??!!

OMG! That is one HARD workout!

There's no fun in being able to walk the next day after a good leg workout; the stronger the DOMS, the better. Have you tried going up or down any steps yet? Just be sure to hold onto the railing!

Keep up the good work,
Shelbygirl

Oh, I have to add, I did the band from Gym-Style Legs also. Boy, that inner thigh work w/the band was a major burn!

:7 No steps for me! I don't work at the hospital again until Monday. So I can avoid steps for a few days! ;)

Just imagine, if you were doing Cathe's August '04 rotation, you would have added 200 walking lunges on to the end of it!

Count your blessings!

I am following that August 2004 rotation and I did the 200 walking lunges this week and it was insane! I loved it BTW - but by the middle, my legs just kept moving and I was not sure how - I don't think I felt them - they were just numb.......

Sadly, I did not feel DOMS from this!!!! I am going to try the LEGS and Glutes EXTREME premix and then 200 walking lunges and see if my legs react!

I have one area on my outer thigh - that will not budge - and I am getting madder and madder about it - its time for it to tone up, so hopefully by the end of this rotation - I will have the results I was looking for - I might do the August 2004 rotation for 8 weeks instead of 4 and see where it gets me and then go to a slow and heavy rotation or something............
