Slow and Heavy 2

...with shorter premixes for those time-crunched days. TBH I don't even have the original Slow and Heavy - I don't like to buy workouts that are over 10 years old (which I think this one is). I know there are no premixes on it anyway so would love an updated version with premixes.

I would love another Slow and Heavy but wish, wish, wish there would be an upper body premix that was maybe a little over an hour that worked the whole upper body. I just would rather work the upper body as a unit rather than break it up. I love the idea of heavy weights at a slow pace.

Definitely another vote for a S&H 2 with premixes :D. I try to vary the exercises and emphasis in the original series but it would be really nice to have some new music and new comments to work along with ;). I like GS but just can't work as much on strength since it's faster paced.

But I must additionally request less counting, please! I much prefer the older workouts where CD does the counting and Cathe the instructing, directions, and form pointers. The newer workouts are like a Sesame Street nightmare with the constant counting.....

Just reviving this thread to add that despite what I said about not buying older workouts, I ended up purchasing Slow and Heavy several months ago and I absolutely LOVE it! Would be great to have a new version.

mjd - I'm glad you're getting to enjoy S&H :). It is, IMHO, the best of all the weight workouts Cathe has done . Now to just convince her to do another one with premixes ;) :p...

I just completed a S&H rotation yesterday, and I was thinking this exact same thing as I was doing it. I love the focus and intensity!

I have Slow and Heavy on my wish list, but I am reluctant to buy it because it is so old and doesn't have premixes.

So I would love a new updated version of Slow and Heavy. I'd pre-order it as soon as it was announced.... no hesitation.
