I am a long distance runner, and I would like to slim down my legs. Does anybody know of a Leg Rotation that will work? I have seen one rotation in the forum, I would like more suggestions
I only have Gym Style Legs, Pyramid Lower Body, and Legs and Glutes.
I heard about Leaner Legs, but I won't get that yet just because it's not in DVD :-( by itself.
