Hi--
I would suggest that you go for Kick, Punch, and Crunch or Cardio Kicks. They are both TOUGH and almost all kickboxing. Cardio Kicks is all boxing, kicking, punching drills, and KPC is almost all, with an abs routine at the end. I guarantee you'll be satisfied with one of those. KPC is probably my personal fav.
